Another dollop of faces

Good evening!

I've been doing a fair bit of uploading and thought I would spread these development images over a few posts, that ought to keep everyone busy. They're looking rather lovely painted, but that's going to be a set of pictures for another day.
I'm so excited by the pre-order of the new Lunartik figure- it's just my cup of tea! Have a look here... http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=DMC11135&mode=retail
I'd also like to introduce you to my very lovely studio assistant, who today smelled a lot like prawns and wouldn't keep out of my plastic bags.

  1. Hi. Thanks for the comment on my blog - I'm glad you like my monsters. I am starting to think about selling some of them - if only to stop them taking over! Haven't got round to doing anything about it yet though...
Your models are incredible and also quite scary! Do you sell them? I can imagine them being in an amazing animated horror film! Will keep checking back to see what else you produce!

  2. These are looking great, you've transfered your drawing into 3D really well! Who's cat is that?

  3. Hehe thankyou that's so sweet! I don't yet, no, but I will be soon. I've not made any maquettes for a while- these will be featuring in a 3d illustrated book. I'd like to apply my models to animation at some point in the future.
Che- thanks! I wasn't sure how well they'd turn out but it's amazing what a decent set of tools can do! She's the family cat. She likes me because I don't move about much when I'm working... but she doesn't like the hairdryer I use on the polymer clay!
